Hi, I occasionally get askeed to fix friends pc's. A friend has asked me to look at her packard bell. It's in a real mess and needs a complete reinstall windows and software. It came supplied with a red floppy (bootdisc) and 2 packard recovery cds. I'm used to working with Windows oems, software oems and device driver discs. Not recovery discs such as these. Is their anything I should know about reformatting her drive and completely reinstalling using these discs.
